Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the student will be processed in 15 working days post intimation by the customer.
Refunds/ Cancellation: Raising Request
Refund or cancellation request can only be raised by writing an email to the ‘support@juniorchartered.com’
Note: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the refund request is approved by Junior Chartered.
*For any payments through the card (debit, credit card), transaction charges amounting to 2-3% can be deducted.
